Pablita is a 6-year-old Terrier and Chi mix, weighing around 22.5 lbs. She's a sweet girl looking for a fresh start and plenty of love. Ideal Home

Pablita gets along with other dogs. We haven't seen her with cats or kids, but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters.

Ongoing Health

Pablita tested positive for heartworms, but she is receiving treatment. Heartworm is not contagious to people or other pets and results from mosquito bites. While left untreated, heartworm can be life-threatening, dogs who have undergone treatment and are kept on monthly heartworm preventative should suffer no significant long-term effects. After treatment, dogs can resume full active and normal lives, but need to be kept calm for 4-6 weeks. We can discuss her current stage of treatment.

Training & Support

Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken. All of our dogs are working on their crate training.
