AUGIE

Augie is a 2-year-old, 67-pound hunk of love who is exceedingly well-house-trained and will never have an accident in your home. He might be a cattle dog, and has some cattle dog-like quirks like gently leaning against your legs when you pause and always keeping an eye on what's going on around him. He has a favorite itch spot on his back that will make him melt into a puddle of pure happiness. He has great leash manners and does not pull! Augie really enjoyed meeting people, especially children, at an offsite adoption event. He tends to jump up on grownups and hug them, so his handler kept a hand on his collar when children were around, but he never really tried to jump on any little ones. Augie's adoption fee has been generously paid for by a special person.

Augie would thrive in a home that appreciates his herding dog quirks and enjoys his affectionate nature.

Augie is neutered and microchipped and has age-appropriate vaccinations. A licensing/microchip fee may apply.

Training & Support

Augie may need some gentle guidance on not jumping up on adults, but he was observed to be gentle with children.
