Meet Birdie, a 2-year-old, 60-pound Pointer mix who’s a delightful blend of zoomie-fueled fun and heartwarming snuggles! Birdie approaches each day with infectious enthusiasm, ready for playtime with her foster siblings or showing off her impressive zoomie skills in the yard. She's the reigning MVP of backyard adventures, making every day feel like a highlight reel of joy.
She might begin as a bit shy, observing new friendships, but give her a moment, and her affectionate and goofy personality will shine through. Once you’re on her list of favorites, prepare for a full Birdie experience: enthusiastic tail wags, big smiles, and gentle nudges that say, "Hey, got a moment for a cuddle?"
Birdie is as smart as she is charming. She's crate trained, a good listener, and remarkably polite, as if she's been studying an obedience manual. She would absolutely thrive in a home with a fenced yard where she can safely run, romp, and embrace her best life. While her interactions with cats and smaller dogs are still being evaluated, she's a natural with dogs her size and genuinely enjoys having playmates.
If you're looking to inject laughter and endless fun into your life, Birdie is the one! She offers the perfect balance of playful energy and cozy downtime, ready to transform your house into a home filled with happy memories. Be warned: you may experience increased smiling and spontaneous backyard games!
Ideal Home
Birdie would love a home with a fenced yard. We recommend homes with children 10 years and over to ensure the best fit for both Birdie and the family. Her opinion on cats and smaller dogs is still TBD.
