Koda fka Piglet

Koda is a very playful and loving girl who wants to be by your side, no matter what you're doing! She's a smart cookie and eager to learn, though she can be a little hardheaded. She reportedly did well with dogs of all sizes in her previous home and loved the attention from children, but she's still working on her manners and keeping all four feet on the floor. Koda is also still working on crate and house training as she doesn't like being alone, but with a consistent routine and plenty of exercise, she should blossom!

Ideal Home

Koda would do well in a home with other dogs of any size. She is not a fan of cats. While she enjoyed interacting with children, her new family should be prepared to help her continue working on her manners to ensure she keeps all four feet on the floor.

Ongoing Health

Koda has a medially luxating patella in her right knee. She may need management of discomfort at some point, under the care of her veterinarian.

Training & Support

Koda is still learning to be comfortable with crate training and being left alone. Consistent routine, plenty of exercise, and positive reinforcement will be key to her success. She is also working on keeping all four feet on the floor when excited.
