Avery

I'm Avery! I'm a 5-year-old purebred Havanese who was rescued from a puppy mill. I'm learning how wonderful it is to be loved and am starting to discover how much fun life can be! When I first arrived at my foster home, I was quite shy, but my foster mom and foster dog brother showed me so much kindness, and I've really opened up. I'm still learning new things like leash walking and potty training outdoors – I do have occasional accidents, but I'm improving every day!

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a loving person or family who will continue to help me build trust and security. A patient and understanding home would be perfect for me as I continue to blossom into a FURever best friend.

Ongoing Health

I am up-to-date on my vaccinations. I have an upcoming vet appointment to be neutered and get my teeth cleaned.

Training & Support

I am working on my leash skills and house training. I'm a quick learner and eager to please my new family!
