Meet Baron!

Baron is a handsome 1 1/2-year-old Australian Shepherd weighing 50 pounds. He is fully vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped, making him ready to start his next chapter. Baron is house trained, kennel trained, and walks beautifully on a leash. He has a calm, gentle personality and tends to be more of an introvert than an extrovert. Baron would much rather spend quality time with his people than be the center of attention. One of his favorite ways to beat the Texas heat is splashing around in a kiddy pool. Like many dogs, Baron is not a fan of thunderstorms or fireworks, but with a safe and comforting environment, he settles well.

Ideal Home

Baron gets along wonderfully with other dogs and would enjoy having a canine companion, though he would also do well as an only dog. He can be a little shy when meeting new people, so a home that can offer him time and patience to build trust would be ideal.
