Def Leppard

Def Leppard is an adventurous pup who recently enjoyed a lake trip, complete with swimming, boating, and even jet skiing! She loves going for walks and is good with other dogs after a proper introduction. Def Leppard is friendly with people of all ages, crate trained, and mostly housetrained with supervision and regular breaks to the yard. While she grazes on her meals, she absolutely loves treats! She weighs 10.3 pounds and was transferred to us on 3/6.

Ongoing Health

Def Leppard underwent surgery on 5/22/26 for a luxating patella in her left knee, a procedure to stabilize her kneecap. She is healing well and cleared for normal activity, though she still favors the leg slightly. We are hopeful for continued improvement with time and physical therapy. While early repair reduces the risk, there's a small possibility of future surgery once her growth plates close. We recommend sharing this history with your veterinarian and consulting a veterinary surgeon if needed.

Training & Support

Mostly housetrained with supervision and regular breaks. She is crate trained.
