Champ

Champ is a beautiful, year-and-a-half-old "red" Border Collie, weighing in at under 40 lbs. He's a smart boy who is house, kennel, and leash trained, and gets along wonderfully with cats, horses, and all dogs. Champ may take a little time to warm up and trust his new people, but the effort is truly worth it.

Ideal Home

Champ would be happiest in a home with fewer people, as active environments can make him a bit nervous. He needs to have another dog or dogs to keep him company and a securely fenced yard is a must.

Ongoing Health

Champ is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccinations.

Training & Support

While Champ is already well-trained in many areas, his shyness with new people is something to be mindful of. Patience and gentle introductions will be key to helping him feel secure.
