Kelsey is a 1-year-old, 9-pound Shih Tzu blend with a larger-than-life personality! When she first arrived, she was convinced her world was ending and put on quite the dramatic performance. But once she settled into a foster home, she completely transformed and showed everyone who she really is.

According to her foster family, Kelsey is happy, sweet, and always busy. She's a social butterfly who loves everyone she meets, plays hard, and sleeps harder! She enjoys attention, loves being part of the action, and brings a smile wherever she goes.

Kelsey has proven that rescue life just wasn't her style-she much prefers the comforts of a home where she can shine. This fun-loving little girl is ready to share her happiness, charm, and endless enthusiasm with a family of her very own.
