Rex

Rex is an extremely sweet and loyal young dog who loves to play with other dogs and snuggle with his people. He is good with all ages, but he is a big boy and does need to work on jumping when he gets excited. Whenever his foster mom comes home, he also shows his excitement with ‘big grins’ and wagging his tail! It’s very funny and endearing to see. Rex is unfortunately a bit of an escape artist and can climb a six-foot fence by using the 2x4s, so he needs a home with a reversed fence or some other extra security measure. He also needs a home that is dedicated to ensuring he gets lots of attention, supervision, and exercise on a daily basis. On the bright side, he does get very attached to his people, so when he has escaped at his foster home in the past, he left the backyard and ran around to the front door to be let back in immediately.

Ideal Home

Rex needs a home with a reversed fence or some other extra security measure to prevent him from escaping. He also requires a cat-free home.

Ongoing Health

Rex is neutered and vaccinated.

Training & Support

Rex needs to work on not jumping when he gets excited. He is also an escape artist and requires a secure yard and consistent supervision and exercise.
