BAGEL

Say hello to Bagel! He's a joyful Beagle with a big personality, a set of wheels for adventures, and a heart full of love. Bagel's back legs do not function, but he has mastered life in his own way. Around the yard, he's a champion scoot-zoomer who doesn't need his wheelchair. For walks and longer adventures, he happily rolls along in his wheelchair, exploring and sniffing every chance he gets!

Bagel is good with dogs big and small and is part of our big playgroup. His friends include Smudge, Tibby, Archer, and many others. He loves being included, curling up near his buddies, and simply enjoying the company around him. People are Bagel's favorite, too! He will park himself at your feet and wait patiently for affection, pets, and cuddles. He also loves treats of every kind, lounging, sunbathing, and soaking up the good life.

Ideal Home

Bagel loves being included and enjoys the company of both dogs and people.

Ongoing Health

Bagel is incontinent and needs manual expression a few times daily. It may sound intimidating at first, but caretakers tell us it becomes simple and fast once you learn. Just a few minutes a few times a day keeps him clean, comfortable, and happy.

Training & Support

Bagel is crate trained and settles into his nightly routine.

Transportation

Bagel is located at our rehabilitation center in Ridgeland, S.C. We do adopt out-of-state via ground-only transport.
