Sweet Biscuit didn’t get the warm welcome every puppy deserves. At just nine weeks old, he was surrendered to BARC—sick, nameless, and immediately placed on the euthanasia list. But we saw the spark in his eyes and knew he deserved a fighting chance.

We rushed to his rescue, and after urgent veterinary care and a few weeks of tender loving care, Biscuit transformed into the healthy, happy puppy he was meant to be. His resilience is nothing short of inspiring.
