Legend is a 3-year-old, 36 lb bundle of joy who is looking to prove that black dogs are the best dogs! He was rescued from a desolate area in Puerto Rico and is ready for his happily ever after. Legend is a little shy at first, but he warms up quickly and is described as the sweetest boy. When he's happy, his tail wags in full circles!
