Meet Terry, a 10-month-old, 57-pound Brindle American Pitbull mix with a heart of gold! Terry was found wandering the streets of Houston alongside another dog, likely abandoned together. He had some visible scars on his face and a limp, indicating he had a rough start. Thankfully, he's now safe, healthy, and ready to leave his past behind for a loving forever home. Terry is a truly special boy – friendly, playful, humble, and a total sweetheart who just wants to be by your side.

Ideal Home

Terry would thrive in a home where he can be part of the family. He's great with kids and other dogs, so a household with existing canine companions or children would be wonderful. He enjoys running and playing, especially with a ball, and loves to cuddle up next to his people.

Ongoing Health

Terry has been neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and microchipped. While he had some visible scars and a limp from his past, he has recovered and is now healthy.

Training & Support

Terry is a well-behaved boy! He is leash trained, kennel trained, potty trained, and housebroken. He's described as an "Omega dog" – a follower who is laid-back and easygoing. His energy level is medium to high, and he loves to play.
