Trixie is a tiny puppy, estimated to be about 1 month old. She may be a Shepherd/Terrier mix, but her exact breed is a mystery. Trixie has a warm cinnamon-colored coat, a sweet dark muzzle, tiny puppy paws, and soulful eyes that make her look like a caramel latte with legs. She's currently in a foster home learning about the world and getting along well with dogs, cats, children, and people of all ages. Trixie is busy with all the important puppy activities: wrestling with siblings, napping, playing with toys, and looking impossibly cute.

Training & Support

Like all young puppies, Trixie will need a family committed to training, socialization, patience, and consistency. Adopters are required to begin crate training right away to help establish routine, support potty training, and build healthy habits.

• The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes vetting, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip, a Martingale collar, a health certificate, and transport costs.
• A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs.

Transporation

Trixie is located in Texas and can be transported nationwide using the rescue's USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
