Wally is a smart and spirited Chihuahua/Hound mix who is about 1 year old and weighs 30lbs. He's been described as looking like a big chihuahua and is truly a smarty at the party! Wally is exceptionally intelligent and takes pride in his potty training, politely nudging his foster when he needs to go out and is even learning to ring the front door bell – he hasn't had a single accident in his foster home, earning him gold star student status! He's an energetic, loving young dog who eagerly soaks up training, listens well with a firm voice, and genuinely wants to do the right thing. Wally walks nicely on a leash and enjoys his daily adventures. He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and loves to play, often gently nudging them to join in games of chase. As a young dog, Wally is ready to learn your routines and rules, adapting quickly and wanting to be a part of whatever his people are doing. He will truly shine with a family that enjoys training, playtime, and lots of affection.

Transportation
Wally is currently being fostered near Houston, TX. He can be brought close to your home via rescue transport, which travels through different areas once a month. The adoption fee is $350, plus $30 for a health certificate and $260 for transport.
