McGinger

McGinger is a sweet, curious, and courageous little Chiweenie mix with a coat of white, brown, and black. She's about 6 weeks old and currently weighs 4 pounds, but we expect her to grow into a charming 16 to 20-pound adult dog. McGinger is the smallest of six siblings and, despite some playful teasing from her brothers, she prefers a cozy nap to roughhousing. She's incredibly friendly, affectionate, and loves to play. She adores her foster mom and patiently waits for her turn to receive cuddles. McGinger is dreaming of a loving forever home where she can enjoy a soft bed, plenty of belly rubs, backyard adventures, and lots of human affection.

Ongoing Health

McGinger will be microchipped and have age-appropriate vaccinations before transport. Our rescue does not spay/neuter puppies until they are around 6 months old, but we offer adopters a $100 rebate once this procedure is completed.

Training & Support

McGinger will need a little time to adjust and settle into her new home. She would do best with a dog-loving person who understands she has so much to offer.

Transporation

McGinger is currently being fostered near Houston, TX. She can be transported to your area via our monthly rescue transport service. Transport fees are an additional $260.
