Sparky is a handsome, low-riding Borgie (Border Collie-Corgi Mix) who is about 2 years old and weighs 22 lbs. He's a super sweet and happy boy who loves to run and play in the yard with his foster siblings, but he also enjoys cuddling up on the couch for a chill movie night. Sparky is a true sweetheart and will have all his vetting completed this week, making him ready to find his furever family!
