She journeyed all the way from Cairo, Egypt, where she bravely gave birth to her puppies on the streets and protected them from harm. Rescuers thankfully stepped in to bring her and her five pups to safety. After years of patiently waiting at the shelter, her puppies are grown, and it's finally Cardi's turn to find her own loving forever home. Despite her past hardships, Cardi is a gentle, quiet, and deeply affectionate soul who thrives with kindness. She is good with other dogs and enjoys human company. Her calm demeanor makes her an instant favorite, and she's ready to blossom in a patient, loving home that will cherish her.
