Meet Jessie, a 6-year-old neutered male Beagle mix with a superpower for snuggling! Jessie came to us as an owner surrender and has quickly charmed everyone with his wonderfully chill personality. He might look like he's ready for a marathon, but Jessie is actually a slow-moving sweetheart who enjoys a leisurely pace. If a walk gets too speedy, he'll gracefully let you know by sitting down – he truly prefers to match your pace, thinking snail speed is just right! Once you find his comfortable rhythm, he's happy to continue exploring. He loves the play yard with other dogs, walks great on a leash, and is incredibly easy to handle. Jessie is a certified couch potato, made for naps and cuddles. He's searching for a comfy spot to call his own and a human who appreciates slow walks and long naps as much as he does.
