Meet Rudy, a charming purebred Mini Poodle with a heart of gold, though he may be a little shy at first. Born on July 14, 2025, this 15-pound sweetheart is just about done growing and is looking for his forever family. Rudy is a beautiful dog who is great for grooming and absolutely adores other dogs. He was unfortunately not given much attention by his previous breeder, which has made him a bit timid around people. However, he does not bite and is not aggressive; he simply avoids human interaction because he's scared. Don't let his shyness fool you – there's not a mean bone in his body!

Ideal Home

Rudy would thrive in a home with a physically fenced-in yard and another healthy, social dog to be his companion. He is not suited for homes with upcoming vacations, so please ensure any travel plans are completed before applying.

Ongoing Health

Rudy has been neutered, Frontlined, and received his rabies and Parvo/Distemper vaccinations. He has also had a fecal test which came back clean, and he is on heartworm preventative. All veterinary paperwork will be provided to his new family.

Training & Support

Rudy is crate trained and doggy door trained. His shyness is his main challenge, and he may grumble occasionally out of fear. With patience and understanding, he will learn to trust and open up.
