Skippy

Meet Skippy! This handsome fellow is about 2.5 years old and a smart, loyal Heeler/Kelpie mix. He's a high-energy boy who was thankfully saved from euthanasia at a local shelter. Skippy is neutered and up-to-date on vaccinations, making him ready for his new adventure! He absolutely loves to play fetch and chase after anything that moves, from tiny insects to fluttering butterflies. He's also wicked smart and already knows "sit," with a strong eagerness to learn even more.

Ideal Home

Skippy would thrive in a home that understands his breed. He has a natural instinct to "heel," so an active family that can provide him with plenty of mental and physical stimulation is a must. Be prepared for his impressive athleticism – he can easily clear a 5-foot chain-link fence!

Ongoing Health

Skippy is neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations. He has no known ongoing health issues.

Training & Support

Skippy is eager to please and already knows "sit." With his intelligence and drive, he'll excel with continued training and positive reinforcement. His love for chasing things might require some management and redirecting, especially outdoors.
