Aspen

Aspen is an energetic and playful over 1-year-old Australian Shepherd looking for her forever home! While she can be a little reserved when meeting new people, she's quick to warm up and become "in-your-face" playful. Aspen is also a bit dominant in a multi-dog household. She joined our program about a year ago as part of a puppy trade, and we're now looking for a new direction for our bloodlines, which means Aspen is ready for her next adventure!

Ideal Home

Aspen would do well in a home that can match her high energy and provide her with plenty of opportunities for play and exercise. Due to her dominant nature with other dogs, a home where she can be the star or with carefully managed introductions to other pets would be ideal.

Ongoing Health

Aspen has no known health issues and is genetically cleared by parentage for the breed panel. She will receive all necessary vaccinations and deworming before going to her new home and will have had proper vet checks.

Training & Support

Aspen is described as being "in-your-face playful" and a bit dominant with other dogs, so continued positive reinforcement training and socialization will be beneficial for her to thrive.
