All vetting is included, which includes DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.
Training & Support
Our team provides behavior and medical care to prepare every animal for adoption. This includes behavioral training and social enrichment. Socialization is provided through playgroups and one-on-one bonding time, where leash training and basic commands will also be worked on. We aim to adopt to families who understand these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs they can be!

Transportation
Florence is available for transportation in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, TN, KY, IN, IL, WI, MN & OH, with predetermined locations and times. The adoption and transportation fee ranges from $100-500. Private custom transport routes and destinations are available upon request and will incur additional costs for the adopted family. For those picking up at our Angleton, TX location, there is a $75 fee. Our transport vehicles are equipped with air conditioning for comfort, and onboard attendants provide 24-hour care. You can follow your pet's journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you'll see photos, connect with other adopters, and receive updates. Our Adoption Coordinator will help you find the closest transport pickup location.
