<p dir="ltr">Rio looks remarkably like his beautiful moms. While he can be a little shy when faced with something new, his confidence grows more every day. Rio has a thoughtful nature and a sweet personality that shines through once he feels comfortable. He's learning that the world is full of good things and is blossoming in foster care.</p> <p dir="ltr">Rio is part of the Road Trip Litter, a special group of nine puppies being raised by two devoted moms, Thelma and Louise. Their sweet blonde terrier mix mothers were surrendered from a homeless camp in hopes of a safer future before the summer heat arrived. Since then, Rio has been raised in a loving foster home alongside his siblings.
