Bindi

Bindi is a 1.5-year-old German Shepherd/Beagle mix, weighing 50 lbs. She's a smart and athletic girl with a beautiful brindle coat. Bindi loves her people and is eager to give you licks, snuggles, and join you on adventures. She's a fan of training treats, balls, and tough chew toys. Once she's comfortable, she craves attention and pets. Bindi is leash trained, crate trained, and house trained. She can be a little nervous with fast-approaching strangers but is a happy girl with calm introductions. Her "superpower" is her super-speed zoomies across the backyard! Bindi was previously adopted but needs a new home because she chases cats.

Ideal Home

Bindi thrives in a home with other dogs and children. She cannot live in a home with cats.

Ongoing Health

Bindi is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, up to date on core vaccinations, has been dewormed, and is on monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

Bindi has had some obedience training and enjoys using training treats. While she is mostly well-behaved, she can be nervous around people approaching her quickly. Calm introductions will help her feel more at ease. Ongoing training and socialization are recommended as part of responsible ownership.

• Our evaluative process includes a vet reference check (all resident dogs must be altered/up to date on DHPP/rabies and monthly preventatives, and cats must be altered and up to date on rabies) and a virtual home visit.
