Moose

Meet Moose, a charming 1-year-old Pit Bull Terrier mix who weighs 52 pounds. He's a sweet and affectionate boy who absolutely adores people and gets along wonderfully with other dogs. Moose is also quite curious about cats, though it seems they aren't always as keen on him!

He enjoys the simple pleasures in life like coffee shop outings, car rides, exploring on long sniffy walks, playing with squeaky plush toys, soaking up the sun, and of course, lots of belly rubs. Moose is already potty and kennel trained, and he's a smart cookie who knows commands like place, sit, down, middle, paw, wait, and free. He thrives with structure and is eager to learn, though he's currently working on his loose-leash walking skills. While he's improving every day, squirrels still hold a special fascination for him, and he can sometimes get a little too excited trying to make friends!

Ideal Home

Moose would do best with an active family who loves the outdoors, wants to include him in all of life's adventures, and is happy to continue guiding him.

Training & Support

Moose is working on his loose-leash walking and can sometimes get overly excited by squirrels. He is very smart and thrives with structure, so continued training and guidance will help him succeed.
