Maple

Maple has officially arrived in Wisconsin after being rescued from a high-intake kill shelter in Georgia. She is now settling in with her foster family and enjoying the safety, love, and care she deserves while she waits for her forever home. Maple is part of the Brown Litter, which consists of one male and four females, all approximately 10-11 weeks old and weighing 7-8 pounds. They were found as strays alongside their mama and brought to safety. Despite their difficult start, these puppies are everything you'd hope for—happy, friendly, playful, and always ready to make new friends. Like typical puppies, they love playing together, exploring their surroundings, and soaking up attention from everyone they meet. The shelter believes they are Hound mixes and expects them to grow into medium-sized dogs, making them wonderful companions for families, individuals, and anyone looking to add a fun-loving pup to their home.

Maple would thrive in a home that can provide her with plenty of love, attention, and opportunities for play.

Ongoing Health

Maple is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations and dewormer. She has not yet been spayed or altered.

Training & Support

Maple is still learning important puppy basics, including potty training, crate training, and leash walking. With patience, consistency, and lots of love, she will grow into a loyal and loving companion.
