Winnie Whimsy is a scruffy ball of joy, about 1 year old and weighing 12 pounds, who seems to have been born with a permanently happy disposition. Her bright, sparkling eyes find something wonderful in everyone she meets, and her playful, affectionate nature is endlessly entertaining. She has a remarkable talent for making even ordinary afternoons feel extraordinary. Watching her play fetch, roll over for belly rubs, or simply gaze up at you with that unmistakable sparkle is enough to charm anyone. Winnie is currently thriving in a foster home where she's earned glowing reviews, proving she's both house and crate trained, food motivated, and eager to learn. She approaches training like a game and could likely master a whole repertoire of tricks! She's also wonderfully social, living happily with a cat and regularly hosting other dogs. Winnie truly enjoys the company of cats and would likely be thrilled to share her home with another playful dog, a confident cat, or both.
Ideal Home
An ideal family for Winnie is one that enjoys life's simple pleasures – tossing a toy in the backyard, laughing at goofy moments, teaching fun tricks, going on adventures, and ending the day together on the couch. She has playful energy but is equally talented at cuddling up once the excitement settles down.
Ongoing Health
Winnie has no specific health conditions noted. Her adoption fee includes all necessary vetting, including vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and spay/neuter surgery.
Training & Support
Winnie is house and crate trained, food motivated, and has a great enthusiasm for learning. She would likely excel with continued positive reinforcement training and might even enjoy learning circus tricks!
