Roxy Reese is a darling puppy, estimated to be around 4 months old. We think she might be a mix of Great Dane and Labrador Retriever, but with rescues, that's always a fun guess! What we know for sure is that this beautiful girl has all the makings of an amazing family companion.

Roxy is the kind of pup that melts hearts on sight. She boasts a sleek, shiny black coat, adorable white chest markings, big floppy ears that have a personality all their own, and the most enormous puppy paws. Add to that her long, lanky legs and sweet face, and she's a head-turner everywhere she goes. She's gorgeous now, and she's only going to grow into an even more stunning dog!

As lovely as she looks, Roxy's personality is what truly captures your heart. She is a cuddlebug through and through! If given the choice between almost anything else and snuggling with her people, she'll choose her people every time. Roxy melts into your arms and happily showers you with the sweetest puppy kisses. Her gaze makes you feel like the most important person in the world, and her favorite place is right by your side.

Roxy is also incredibly smart and eager to learn. She's very treat-motivated, which makes training a fun and rewarding experience for everyone. She loves a good puzzle, enjoys positive attention, and is already showing signs of being a puppy who will thrive with consistency and guidance.

Like any puppy, she enjoys toys, exploring, and playtime. However, she's not a puppy who's constantly on the go. Roxy has a wonderful balance of playful energy and affectionate snuggles. She can happily play with her toys, investigate something new, and then settle in for some quality cuddle time.

Because she's still so young, Roxy will need a family committed to all the important aspects of puppyhood, including socialization, training, routine, and structure. Every day is a learning opportunity, and helping her navigate the world with positive experiences will allow her to grow into the confident, well-rounded adult dog she's destined to be.

• The adoption fee is $1000, which includes all vetting (DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship).
• Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
• There is an $87 surcharge due to rising transportation costs.

Transportation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page!
