Luna

Meet Luna! This sweet Dachshund, about 2 years old, has a heart full of love despite a difficult past. Luna was found caring for her three tiny puppies after her family lost their home and had to leave their dogs behind. Thankfully, her puppies found another rescue, and Luna came to us so she could finally receive the love and care she deserves. Now, she's ready to find her forever family! Luna is house-trained, incredibly sweet, and gets along wonderfully with dogs, cats, and children, making her a fantastic addition to most homes. She thrives on affection and loves simply being part of the family.

Ideal Home

Luna's one very important request for her future home is that she sleeps in the bed. After everything she's been through, we believe she's earned this privilege! If you're looking for a devoted cuddle buddy who will happily curl up with you every night, Luna is your girl. If a "no dogs on the bed" household is a must, Luna may not be the best match, and that's okay – we want her to find the perfect fit for her dreams.

Ongoing Health

Luna is up to date on vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Luna is house-trained and gets along well with other pets and children. She loves to be with her people and will make a wonderful companion.

Transporation

Luna is currently in an Alabama foster home and will be transported north to the New England area after adoption. The adoption fee includes transport.
