Navajo, a 6.5-year-old, 75-pound Pitbull mix, is a sweet, affectionate, and easygoing pup looking for his forever home. He’s the perfect blend of playful energy and relaxed companionship, happy to join you on a walk or snuggle up for a cozy evening. Navajo enjoys playing with other dogs in small groups and is learning to be mindful of his playfulness. He's polite and non-reactive on leash, and with a little excitement at the start, he becomes a pleasant walking partner. Navajo is fully house-trained and crate-trained, and can be left unsupervised without issues. He loves meeting people and has done well with children.
Ideal Home
Navajo would thrive in a stable, moderately active home that enjoys daily walks, occasional outings, and lots of affection. He could do well as an only dog or with a compatible canine friend. Navajo would do best in a cat-free home.
Ongoing Health
Navajo recently had dental work where several damaged teeth were removed. His remaining teeth are healthy, and he still enjoys chewing his favorite bones.
Training & Support
Navajo is house-trained and crate-trained. He can be left loose in the house when you're away and has shown no signs of separation anxiety. He's generally good with other dogs and has made progress with his doggy manners at daycare.
