Meet Meg!
Big and mighty is the one and only Megalosaurus, or Meg for short. Meg came into our care with two other puppies, and thankfully her other two babies were rescued shortly after. Her pups were just as mighty as she was when they tested positive for parvo, but with loving care, they recovered and grew into happy, loving cuddle bugs. Meg has a beautiful black coat with one pointy ear and another cute, floppy ear to match. Her personality is very calm and reserved. Meg needs someone who is patient and willing to gain her trust first. This process shouldn't take long, as Meg is forgiving and loving once she feels comfortable with you. You know you've gained her trust when she surprises you with a nudge and a boop from her nose for affection. Sometimes you might see her with the zoomies, especially if she sees another dog she likes. Meg has met both cats and dogs but would prefer both to be calm and relaxed like her. We've been fortunate enough to have the ability to kid-test her with a staff member's 4yr old sister, and Meg's shyness took over to the point we feel she'd do best in a home with children over the age of 8. Megalosaurus is a mighty name for one dog; however, Meg truly deserves it after her fight to help herself and her pups find a better life. Now, Meg is ready to trust someone who can help her live the best pampered life. Are you that someone?
