Sugar is a sweet, approximately 12-year-old, 70-pound Labrador Retriever mix with a heart of gold! She's an extremely well-behaved girl who is easy to care for and even easier to love. Sugar is looking for a calm and comfortable retirement home where she can enjoy her golden years.

Ideal Home

Sugar would do well in a home with cats and would likely get along with most dogs, provided they aren't overly boisterous or in her face. She is looking for a patient and understanding adopter who can manage her ongoing health needs.

Ongoing Health

Sugar has advanced arthritis in her joints and requires a daily prescription pain reliever. Her adopter must commit to annual vet checkups and bloodwork to monitor her medication, which she will need for life.

Training & Support

Sugar is already a very well-behaved dog and is a joy to be around. She simply needs a loving home that can provide her with consistent care and affection.
