Sage is a 1-year-old, 67-pound bundle of personality with just the right amount of sass to keep you smiling! She's spayed, up to date on vaccines, and knows a few basic commands – she'll sit, lay down, and even shake (sometimes offering both paws just to show off). Sage is wonderful with kids and loves being part of whatever her people are doing, especially if it means she gets to go with you. She hasn't quite figured out her size yet and can be a bit much for smaller dogs during play, but it's all in good fun. She may chase the cat, but never with intent to harm – just curiosity and a little sass. If you're looking for a loyal, entertaining, slightly chaotic best friend who just wants to be included in your life, Sage is your girl.
Ideal Home
Sage needs a patient and consistent home as she is still working on potty training. She struggles with separation anxiety, so she'll do best with someone who is around often or willing to help her build confidence when alone. While she is great with kids and other dogs, she can be a bit much for smaller dogs during play. She may chase the cat but not with intent to harm. She can be a little protective over her food and has a talent for getting into the trash if given the chance. She doesn't do well in a kennel, but if crating is necessary, she'll need a heavy-duty kennel.
