Meet Dorito! This sweet, gentle boy has already overcome so much in his young life. He and his sister, Sabrita, were the only survivors from a litter of ten. Sadly, Sabrita was also hit by a car belonging to their family, but thankfully Dorito has maintained his trusting and affectionate nature. He loves nothing more than a good belly rub, playing with his toys, going for car rides, and snuggling up with his sister. Dorito is easygoing, social, and greets everyone with a soft heart.

Dorito would thrive in a loving home where he can finally feel safe and cherished. While it would be wonderful for Dorito and Sabrita to be adopted together, they will also do beautifully as solo pets.

Transportation

Dorito is with a small rescue in Bucerias, Mexico. Approved adopters can arrange for flight companions to transport him to the US and Canada. During summer months, if a Canadian flight companion is unavailable, transportation may involve meeting at the Peace Arch Park at the border.
