Piggy

Meet Piggy, a 20-pound bundle of energy with a big personality! This active girl is a true survivor and a loyal companion, marching to the beat of her own drum. While her near-hairless coat and unique appearance remain a bit of a mystery, her health is excellent. She's had thorough medical tests and is now fully recovered from heartworm disease. Piggy loves to run, engaging in 4-8 miles several days a week, and her food is carefully measured to maintain her health.

Ideal Home

Piggy will thrive in a patient and understanding home that's willing to give her the time and space she needs to build trust. She's selective with both people and other dogs, so a home that can support her in warming up to new friends would be ideal. Due to her vocal nature, she's not suited for apartment living.

Ongoing Health

Piggy is in excellent health and has fully recovered from heartworm disease.

Training & Support

Piggy is people- and dog-selective, meaning she can be shy and takes time to warm up to new introductions. Patience and understanding will be key to helping her build trust.
