Meet Rani!
Her name means Queen in Punjabi, and this tiny princess is ready to rule someones heart. Rani is the only girl in a litter of seven and proudly holds the title of the tiniest pup. At roughly 10-12 weeks old, she's about half the size of her biggest brother, Big Bear, and we expect she'll grow into the perfect medium-sized companion, likely around 40 pounds full grown. Rani came to us as a stray from California's Central Valley, where sadly no one came looking for her. Thankfully, those days are behind her, and she's blossoming into the sweetest little puppy in foster care. If you love a puppy who wants to be your shadow, Rani is your girl. She's incredibly affectionate, loves to be held, and is happiest when she's soaking up attention from her people. She has a soft, gentle personality and is the kind of puppy who will happily curl up in your lap after a play session. While she's playful like any puppy, she's especially known for her loving nature and desire to be close to her family. If you've been searching for a loyal little sidekick who will adore you with her whole heart, Rani is ready to claim her throne as the queen of your family.
Ideal Home
Rani's ideal home includes a house with a securely fenced backyard, a family committed to training and socialization, and, in a perfect world, another friendly dog to help show her the ropes and build her confidence.
Ongoing Health
Rani will continue her puppy vaccine series over the next six weeks before she's ready to safely explore public places.
Training & Support
Like any puppy her age, Rani has no formal training yet. She's just beginning to learn about house training, crate training, and basic manners, and she's looking for a family ready to invest the time, patience, and love needed to help her grow into a confident, well-mannered adult.
