Tater is a 6-year-old Terrier hound mix whose enthusiasm for life is as boundless as his affection. With his irresistibly squishy face and big, expressive eyes, he’s a total charmer who leaves everyone infatuated. Tater isn't about excessive energy these days; he's about joy, turning every day into an exciting new experience. Whether it's a hike, a walk in the park, or a long car ride to nowhere in particular, Tater is happiest when he’s by your side, exploring the world.

Tater's playful streak is mild but matched by his sharp mind. He’s quick to pick up on commands and thrives on positive reinforcement, especially when there’s praise or a cuddle waiting for him at the end. Ongoing Health

All vetting is covered in the adoption fee, including DAPP, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, spay/neuter, flea prevention, heartworm testing and prevention, and micro-chipping.

Training & Support

Tater is quick to pick up on commands and thrives on positive reinforcement. He has been socialized through playgroups and one-on-one bonding time. He will be well on his way to being the best dog he can be with continued training efforts.

Transporation

Tater is available for adoption in VA, PA, CT, VT, NY, UT, ID, OR, TX, WA, & TN, KY, IL,& IN, OH. He will be transported via a USDA licensed semi-truck equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and two onboard attendants providing 24-hour care. For East Coast adoptions, transport will be in a private, air-conditioned van. You will be able to follow along on his journey through a private Facebook Event page, where you will see photos, connect with other adopters, and receive updates. Your Adoption Coordinator will help find the closest transport pickup location to you.
