Pongo

Hi there! I'm Pongo, a sweet and loving boy who's about 5-6 months old and 25lbs. I'm told I might be a mix of Catahoula and Blue Heeler. I'm super outgoing and ready to make new friends with everyone I meet! I enjoy playing with my pals or on my own. I'm a very submissive pup, not quite the typical "working dog" personality. I get along with all people and dogs, and I'm even doing well with the cats and puppies I live with now! My foster mom says it's important for me to keep experiencing new things and socializing, and I agree! The dog park is my favorite place to visit – so many new friends to make! I'm up-to-date on my shots, neutered, and ready for my forever family.

Ideal Home

I'm currently living with 2 cats, 4 other dogs, and 2 young puppies, and I'm adjusting well to everyone. My foster mom believes it's important for me to continue experiencing new things and socializing, so a home that can provide ongoing opportunities for this would be wonderful.

Ongoing Health

I'm up-to-date on my shots and I've been neutered.

Training & Support

I'm crate trained and doing really well! I do best when my crate is in a separate room for bedtime, with a radio or TV playing in the background. I go into my crate with hardly any prompting and am always eager to please!
