August is a silly, 3-4 year old pittie mix who arrived at our rescue over a year ago after being abandoned at a vet clinic. She is an absolute sweetheart who has never met a stranger! August gets along with other dogs, but she is a dominant girl so she prefers more submissive canine friends. This total beefcake loves to get the silliest zoomies and is always ready for a good time. She's food motivated, loves to run and play, and is a total sucker for a belly rub. While she is working hard on her leash skills and manners, she is eagerly awaiting a family of her very own to bring her home. We promised August that the rest of her life would be the best of her life. Could that be with you?

Training & Support

August is still working on her leash skills and manners. She is food motivated and enjoys running and playing, which can be great assets in her training journey.

Transporation

August is located in South Carolina. We offer transport to the Northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. We provide local or virtual meet-and-greets with an application on file.
