About Baby

Meet Baby! This sweet, 8-month-old mixed breed is approximately 47lbs. We believe she might be a lab/shepherd mix, but like many wonderful pups, she likely has a delightful blend of several breeds. Poor Baby was found near a common dumping ground, with her siblings possibly abandoned nearby. Thankfully, a kind foster family rescued her from wandering alone and brought her to safety. No owner came forward, and she was quite unwell, covered in ticks.

Baby is the total package! She is absolutely fantastic with children, adores them, and is completely unfazed by a house full of energetic little ones. She currently lives harmoniously with a larger husky and gets along wonderfully. Baby loves everyone she meets, including the mail carrier – no one is a stranger to her! Receiving attention is one of her favorite pastimes.

This smart girl is crate and house-trained. She has zero aggressive tendencies, and her name truly suits her calm demeanor. For her age, she is quite settled in the home and is not a barker. She's comfortable in a 4-foot fenced yard and has shown no inclination to jump or dig. She does need some leash training and may occasionally chew.

Baby is fully vetted, including being up-to-date on all vaccinations, spayed, and microchipped. She is current on her monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Baby thrives in a home filled with people, and she's particularly wonderful with children. She also gets along well with other dogs.
