Noble

Noble is a 7-year-old tan male shepherd mix with a heart of gold. He's a sensitive soul who loves to be close to his person, following them around the house like a furry shadow. Noble is incredibly loyal and loving once he feels comfortable, and he's a champion fetch player – always ready to drop the ball at your feet for another round! He's also quite athletic and would make a fantastic jogging partner.

Ideal Home

Noble would thrive in a home with someone who is patient and willing to let him open up on his own terms. Given his history, he is most comfortable around women and it would be best to avoid homes with children. He needs an owner with significant dog experience who is home often. He may resource guard his bed, so his new family will need to be mindful of this.

Ongoing Health

Noble came to us with itchy skin, which has cleared up with a fresh food diet. It's possible he has allergies, and a dream home would continue to provide him with a similar diet.

Training & Support

Noble is potty trained and gets along well with other dogs after proper introductions. He has shown some resource guarding behavior related to his bed, especially around men. He has also worn a muzzle comfortably in crowded places without showing aggression, and his foster family uses this as a tool to ensure his comfort and safety in new situations.
