I'm a fun pibble with a balance of quirky energy and mellow chillness, looking for my forever sidekick! You can call me "DrummerBoy" because of my wagging tail, "Dreamboat" because I'm black and dreamy, or "Black Bean" because of my coloring. I love playing fetch, going on walks, roaming the house, watching the world outside my window, and enjoying a tasty blueberry. My foster papa is very impressed with how I only chew on my toys and haven't touched any furniture or shoes. I'm also a quick learner and have been mostly house-trained, with just a couple of early accidents when I first arrived.

I'm good with dogs and kids 10 years and older, but I'm not a fan of cats. I thrive on play and affection.

Training & Support

I can get a little too excited about toys, especially tennis balls, and sometimes chase them frantically. While I know "drop it," it can be hard for me to let go, and being without something in my mouth can make me a bit anxious. My foster papa is working with me to focus my energy on different toys that don't trigger this behavior. I also have a quirky obsession with tree branches and tend to try and "tear them down." My foster papa is teaching me that they are friendly and not something to be destroyed, but I'm still learning! I'm a good boy who just needs a little patience and understanding as I adjust to my new life.
