Penny is a 4-year-old miniature poodle mix, weighing 19lbs. She's an absolute sweetheart with a gentle soul, who recently arrived from Southern California after spending several years in a crowded shelter. Penny is shy at first but warms up quickly, and she does very well with other dogs. She's hoping to find a patient and loving forever family, as she's waited her whole life for this!

Ongoing Health

Penny recently had a dental procedure where she had 14 teeth pulled. She is spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Penny is crate trained and never makes a peep in her crate. She is learning to walk on a leash and is starting to experience the joy of freedom! She is not yet potty trained, so her new family will need to continue working on this with her.
