Hagrid

Hi, my name is Hagrid! I'm a sweet, energetic puppy who is learning new things every day. I'm growing and changing daily and seem to learn very quickly. I've shown no concerning behaviors in my foster home and have been around six other dogs of all sizes, though they are all adult and senior. I think I would love to have a playmate closer to my age, but I enjoy my older dog friends too. I'm very inquisitive and curious, so I need to be watched fairly closely. I do enjoy putting my paws on the counter, but I'm learning that's a no-no. I sometimes jump up, though it's very rare. I'm slowly extending my time in my crate and can be crated at night for 7 hours without an accident. I do sometimes pee a little when I get very excited when my people first come home from work. I've learned to fetch and this is my favorite pastime. I also like walks!

Ideal Home

I would love a home with a playmate closer to my age, but I also enjoy the company of older dogs. I'm very curious, so I need to be watched fairly closely.

Ongoing Health

My adoption fee includes vaccinations and I am neutered.

Training & Support

I'm learning to keep my paws off the counter and that jumping up is a no-no. I'm also working on not peeing when I get too excited, especially when my people come home. I can be crated for up to 7 hours overnight without an accident.
