Meet Rocky P, a charming 6-year-old, 90-pound gentleman who is looking for his forever best friend! Rocky was rescued from Houston, Texas, where he was found abandoned and hungry. Despite his past, he's a friendly, sweet, and easy-going boy who loves to relax indoors. He's already neutered, vaccinated, and house-trained, and he's happy to settle in his crate. Rocky enjoys leisurely strolls on the leash, but he would truly blossom with more dedicated walking time to explore the world with you.

Ideal Home

Rocky would thrive in a home where he can be your primary companion and receive the attention he deserves. Because of his past experiences with food scarcity, Rocky can be protective of his food and should have his own designated bowl and eating area. He is used to large dogs, especially females, and gets along great with cats and is not reactive towards them.

Ongoing Health

Rocky is up-to-date on vaccinations and is neutered. He is HWN (Heartworm Negative).

Training & Support

Rocky is crate-trained and house-trained. He enjoys his leash walks and would benefit from a consistent routine that includes longer outings to fulfill his need for more activity.
