Manila Luzon is the kind of dog who fills a room with joy and a trail with excitement! A handsome pittie mix with a striking black-and-white coat, Manila is a total sweetheart who is ready to find a forever home where he can truly shine. Whether it's a long walk, a "sniff safari" through the neighborhood, or a jog, Manila is a fantastic walking partner who does wonderfully on a leash. This smart cookie is eager to please and already knows his "sit" and "place" commands, showing off just how much he thrives on routine and a few tasty treats. When he isn't showing off his skills, you can find him reigning as the King of Fetch. If you have a tennis ball, you have a best friend for life, and he especially loves a good splash in the pool when toys are involved. After a day of adventure, Manila's favorite place to be is right by your side. He is a deeply affectionate "cuddle bug" who lives for the attention of his favorite people and settles in beautifully for a quiet night of lounging on the couch.

Manila would thrive in a low-chaos environment with teens and up where he can be the center of your world. He does best in an environment where he can get plenty of exercise to channel his enthusiastic spirit.

Manila is potty-trained and crate-trained, showing great progress in self-soothing in his crate. He is an excellent car passenger. He has a history of coexisting successfully with mellow doggy siblings after a slow introduction. Because he is so smart and responsive to structure, he blossoms quickly when given a predictable routine and clear communication.
