Hello, my name is Boone! I may be small, but I have the biggest heart and I'm an expert snuggler. My absolute favorite thing in the world is to be close to my people, whether that means cuddling on the couch or being right by your side. If you're relaxing, I'll be there with you, hoping for as much closeness as possible!
When cuddle time is over, I love to play! I enjoy all toys, but a Nylabone is my current favorite for chewing. I also love playing with stuffed toys, especially when my foster parents toss them for me to chase. Really, I'm up for any game as long as I get to play with you! I also have a blast playing with the other dogs in my foster home; we love to wrestle and romp. I also live with a cat, and while he's much bigger than me, I've tried to play with him. He's not interested, so I've learned to leave him be.
I also really love food and treats! I haven't found a treat I don't like yet, but peanut butter is a current favorite. I'm still getting used to this Minnesota weather and I'm not a big fan of the cold or snow. This makes potty training a little tricky, but I'm trying my best! I'm making progress, but I may need my forever family to continue reinforcing potty training as I'm still young and have a small bladder, so frequent potty breaks will be important. I'm also working on kennel training. It takes me a little while to settle down, but I'm improving every day. With more practice and training, I'm confident I'll become a perfect kennel mate! I'm so excited to meet my forever family and share all the fun and snuggles I have to give. My foster parents say my forever family will be so lucky to have me!
