Meet Celeste, a delightful 1-year-old female Chihuahua who is a true testament to resilience and love. She arrived from a challenging situation involving a 50-dog hoarding case in Texas, but despite her beginnings, Celeste is blossoming beautifully every single day. This little lady weighs about 8 lbs and may start out a bit reserved, but once she feels secure, she transforms into the most affectionate lap dog you could imagine! Her favorite place is right by your side, or even better, on your lap, where she loves all the attention. Her sweet face and adorable "smile" are sure to bring joy to her forever family.

Ideal Home

Celeste would thrive in a quiet and patient home where her humans understand shy dogs and can give her the time and space she needs to continue her journey of blossoming. Because sudden movements and loud environments can still startle her, a home without small children would be ideal. She also finds comfort in the company of other dogs and would do best with at least one canine sibling to follow their lead.

Celeste is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Celeste is house-trained and takes comfort in following the lead of other dogs. As her confidence grows, she's starting to explore more independently, whether that's cuddling with her doggie friends or quietly observing the world around her.
